Abstract: Ghusl janabat on men and women becomes wajib when the head of male sexual organ penetrates the female sexual organ, whether or not there is seminal discharge or not. When there is sexual arousal, three times of love juices flow: wadi, wadhi and madhi. If the fluid is not semen, but one of these three then there is no need for ghusl and one can pray with wudhu.

Abstract: The difference between Suhur (Imsak) and Salaatul Fajr is usually set at 10-15 minutes before the start of Fajr. here in New York, we have set 10 minutes plus a precautionary extra 15 minutes for Imsak, since the actual time of Fajr cannot be determined with absolute certaintyi.e. Imsak us set at Astronomical twilight when the sun is 18 degrees below the horizon and Fajr at nautical twilight when the sun is 13.5 degrees below the horizon to ensure that one stops eating before fajr and that one prays when Fajr al-Sadiq has set in.

Since im living in America, i use the lotions and cream from here that must have the Alcohol in it...but b/c of this Alcohol ingredient i can not put that lotiong or cream on my legs and arms due to the Namaaz b/c alcohol is haram in Islam..... Abstract: Alcohl used in perfumes, creams and lotions is considered tahir. So, it can be applied and worn. The only thing to be careful of is to ensure there is no film preventing water getting onto the skin during wudhu or ghusl.

Mut'ah like Da'im consists of ijab (offer) from the woman and qabul (acceptance) by the man in the pronouncement of nikah (sigha). So, when all the other requirements have been fulfilled, the woman says in Arabic, "Matta'tu" or "Zawwajtu" or "Ankahtu" nafsi linafsaka fil muddatil ma'lumati alal mahril ma'lum" ( I have given my self to your self in Mut'ah or Zawaj or Nikah for the specific time for the specific mahr).

There are three parts to this question:

1. Who can a Muslim man/woman marry in Mut'ah?

A Muslim man can marry a Muslim who is not a nasibi or a ghali or Ahlul Kitab (Christian or Jew) woman in Mut'ah. A Muslim woman can only marry a Muslim man who is not nasibi or ghali. If the woman is a vigin, then the consent of her father or grandfather is required for marriage, unless, of course, they have totally allowed her independednce and do not have anything to do with how she lives her life.

2. Is sex allowed in Mut'ah?

2. Sexual enjoyment is allowed, unless there is agreement to the contrary. If during the course of Mut'ah, the woman consents to sexual act, then it takes precedence over prior agreement not to have sex.

3. The child is considred the "child of the bed" and it is the responsibility of the father.

However, if the Mamtu'a (the woman whom one marries in Mut'ah) is not a Muslim i.e. she is either Christian or Jew (Ahlul Kitab), then the wife's consent is required as per the ruling of Ayatullah Sistani. 2. Abstract: Friday prayers if prayed with the intention of wajib (obligatory) there is no need to pray Dhuhr per se, though it can be prayed with the intention of raja'a individually and not with Jama'ah (in congregation). 1. * It is necessary for a Muslim to believe in the fundamentals of faith with his own insight and understanding, and he cannot follow anyone in this respect i.e. he cannot accept the word of another who knows, simply because he has said it. However, one who has faith in the true tenets of Islam, and manifests it by his deeds, is a Muslim and Mo'min, even if he is not very profound, and the laws related to a Muslim will hold good for him. In matters of religious laws, apart from the ones clearly defined, or ones which are indisputable, a person must:

either be a Mujtahid (jurist)** himself, capable of inferring and deducing from the religious sources and evidence;
or if he is not a Mujtahid himself, he should follow one, i.e. he should act accordi ng to the verdicts (Fatwa) of the Mujtahid;
or if he is neither a Mujtahid nor a follower (Muqallid), he should act on such precaution which should assure him that he has fulfilled his religious obligation. For example, if some Mujtahids consider an act to be haraam, while others say that it is not, he should not perform that act. Similarly, if some Mujtahid consider an act to be obligatory (Wajib) while others consider it to be recommended (Mustahab), he should perform it. Therefore, it is obligatory upon those persons who are neither Mujta hids, nor able to act on precautionary measures (Ihtiyat), to follow a Mujtahid.P

** Mujtahid is a jurist competent enough to deduce precise inferences regarding the commandments from the holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of the holy Prophet by the process of Ijtihad. Ijtihad literally means striving and exerting. Technically as a term of juri sprudence it signifies the application by a jurist of all his faculties to the consideration of the authorities of law with a view to finding out what in all probability is the law.
