 يجوز تناولها فيما لو شكّ في كونها مستخلصة من الحيوان أو من النبات ولا يجب الفحص، وأمّا إذا علم اتّفاقاً باستخلاصها من الحيوان فلا يجوز تناولها مع عدم إحراز كون ذلك الحيوان مذكّى بطريقة شرعيّة، حتّى فيما لو كانت مستخلصة من عظامه على الأحوط.
نعم، مع العلم بطروّ الاستحالة على موادّها الأوّليّة في عمليّة تصنيعها كيميائيّاً فلا بأس بتناولها مطلقاً، إلّا أنّ ذلك غير ثابت.
