As Salam un Alaium Qibla
Imamia Medics International ( IMI )has an expired Ijazah for Khums Sehm e Imam Collection,
However I have been told by their representative that they have obtained verbal permission from your Excellency to collect Khums while they wait for renewal of Ijazah
I have no reason not to believe them but being sensitive matter Kindly can your Excellency Confirm so that I can donate.

Salamun Alaikum! Hope you are doing well. We are sorry for replying you late. Yes you can do it we are in process of renewing the Ijaza.
