Asalam Allaykum
I have not paid khums in the past so have no idea how much khums I owe. Most of the time my accounts are in overdrafts with paying debts and loans. I am trying to alter my way & calculating khums from 7 years as I only have access to them . The amount I have to pay is very large around £25000 .
Can I pay this amount in instalments

Yes you can pay your khums in installment. Khums is wajib after one complete year on the amount/things that are considered profit/ surplus/ out of use after you deducting your expenses.
