Imaow to pay the right to sacred dreams?Category: QuestionsAuthor "mehdi@al-khoei.org"Imaow to pay the right to sacred dreams?
Saqlain Raza asked 2 years ago

I have seen the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w) and Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib( A.S) in my dreams. This is not the only sacred dream I have had. I see in my dreams whenever I pray and make up my mind to see a holy figure or a holy place before going to sleep. I do see in the same night without any delay! So far I have seen most of the family members of the Holy Prophet(s.a.w.w). I have seen how the tragedy of Karbala took place. I didn’t tell anyone about my dreams except my parents and siblings. This is happening to me since my childhood. I do not know how to pay the right to sacred dreams? Will you guide me in this regard? Thank you very much.

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,

Based on your specific question and information provided.

If the dream(s) increase your spiritual perception / Marifa / awareness / knowledge. You can thank Allah(awj) for the  blessing(s) and be a good believer.

From the Jurisprudence Perspective: There is no obligation. Also, Dream(s) are not a source of any Shar’i  Instructions / Obligations / Commands to be acted up in general, and specially if it Harms you or others.

والله العالم‎
(and Allah(awj) Knows best)
