Salam Alaikum, I have been struggling to do talaaq for the last 6-7 months because of my period. In January my ex husband gave his wekala to a sayed to do talaq and he also made wekala to my dad to do the talaq. When the sayed asked if something happened between us sexually we both answered No. I didn’t know that dokhol affects the type of Talak. The sayed did talaq baen (بائن) .He did the Talak twice because of my monthly cycle. Then last week my dad did the Talaq again because I had doubt in my period again and he did talaq in two neyya بائن و رجعي .The problem is that I don’t know whether the blood I saw was period blood or not. The rule of counting 10 days and whatever after that is taher or 3 days and it’s considered حيضis not working because I don’t have a statring day it’s been going on. I want to know if me seeing blood last week on the day my dad did the Talak affects the talaq. It’s been 6 or seven months since I last saw my ex husband so nothing happened at all in these 6 months between us.we live in two separate countries. The thing is that we have been playful once before (this was more than 6 months ago) but I don’t know whether دخول happend or not. We were both wearing clothes but I felt him and I saw blood on my clothes. Does this talaq that I did last with the 2 نية بائن و نية رجعي count as right even I saw blood or was on my period because we have not been together for almost 6 months. If not, is there a مرجع who has a different ruling where it’s ok to see blood when doing talaq especially that’s it’s been months . Please help I am unable to sleep I did this talaq like 4 times but my period and the type of talaq messed everything up. I’m scared I’m doing something haram or anything. I am the one who asked for the talaq and I didn’t take any thing from the المؤخر .?

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
We hope this answer finds you in high Islamic spirit.
If the divorce has been pronounced correctly in front of two adil witnesses and since you have had no sexual contact with your ex-husband for months then the divorce is correct regardless of your periods. Especially when you doubt the kind of blood.
