Salam alaykum
Recently, there has been some talks about Sayyid Sistani (ha) changing his fatwa on the issue of cat hair on the clothing during prayer. Previously, he had the fatwa that 1 or 2 cat hairs on the clothing or body of the person does not invalidate prayer. Now, Imam-Us is saying that he changed this fatwa and that he allows having more than 1-2 cat hairs on the body/clothing of the person praying. Can Sheikh Fadhel al-Sahlani (ha) confirm whether this is true or not?

One to three cat hairs on a person’s body or cloth don’t invalidate the prayer but if there are more than that, the prayer becomes void.
