Muta with Virgin Christian girl and some conditions …Category: QuestionsMuta with Virgin Christian girl and some conditions …

  • If I meet a Christian woman who is no longer practicing, is it still permissible to engage in a temporary marriage (Mut\’ah) with her?
  • In terms of engaging in sexual relations during Mut\’ah: is it true that if she is a virgin, I need her father’s permission? If she has had premarital relations before but is still unmarried, would she still be considered a virgin in this context?
  • If she tells me that her father is okay with her being in a relationship, does this suffice for sexual relations, or do I need to personally seek his permission for that purpose?
  • If I do not obtain her father’s permission, are non-penetrative sexual acts such as oral sex, kissing, or intimate touching permissible in this situation?

As Salaamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
We hope this answer finds you in high Islamic spirit.
1- If she has mentioned she is Christian that is enough to marry her temporarily.
2- If she is a virgin, you have to have her father’s permission, if the father is taking care of her financially and he is concerned about her. And, when the marriage takes place then she will be your wife then all the sexual actions are permitted. She wouldn’t be counted as a virgin if she had lost her virginity due to sexual acts.
3- It is enough if you are unaware she is lying.
